Week of October 2nd in Science

Dear School Family,

This week we will finish up unit 2 and have the test on Tuesday, October 10th.  I will give the students the review tomorrow and we will make flash cards.  I will also upload the review into google classroom so it will always be accessible.  The review will be graded so it is import to complete it. Please encourage your child to use the flash cards to study with.  Once they have studied a bit, it would be great if you would call the questions to your child and have him or her tell you the answer.  The questions are not the questions from the test, but if your child understand each of the review questions, then she or he will be able to understand the questions and answers on the test.

My oldest daughter is getting married on Saturday, October 7th.  I am going to be getting ready for the wedding and a substitute will be in my place Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  The students will have important classwork to complete and I want to make sure that you know I expect them to work hard, even though I am not there.

Report cards went home last week. Please make sure to check over the grades and behavior. If you have any questions, make sure to contact the teacher to get clarification.
