Dear School Family,
I hope that your family has had a nice holiday. It's hard to believe that we are back at school tomorrow. The next weeks will go very fast and I will try to keep you up to date on any changes to our schedules. Our new principal, Mr. Campbell, starts tomorrow. I know that I will be at a training on Wednesday all day. Progress reports should go home with the students by Wednesday, 3/21. March 29th teachers will have a staff development, so there will be no school for the students. Friday, March 30th, is a school holiday.
We are learning chemistry right now. In class, we are reviewing information learned last year and then adding to that with this year's curriculum. The best way to know if your child is learning is to have them explain what they learned in science each day. If they can explain it to you, then we are on the right path.
Please make sure your child brings the charged Chromebook every day to school. This computer is needed every day at school in one or more classes.
